Pino Medical supplies disposable medical consumables to hospitals, distributors, clinic chains and healthcare brands worldwide. Our range covers wound care, injection and infusion, laboratory, anaesthesia and respiratory, gynaecology, dental, protective equipment, cleaning and disinfection, and general ward accessories.
We work as an extension of our customers' procurement teams: understanding the intended market, identifying the right product configuration, preparing the required certificates, and keeping delivery predictable. That is how a single order can cover many product families without multiplying the supplier risk.

Facilities
Production and quality control
Our production is carried out in clean-room environments with controlled processes for moulding, assembly, sterilisation and packing. Incoming materials, in-process goods and finished products are inspected against written specifications, and sterilisation is validated and recorded for every batch.
Quality assurance
Each product family has its own control plan covering raw material verification, dimensional checks, functional testing and packaging integrity. Records are retained so that any batch can be traced back to its materials and its production shift.

Certificates available on request
CE declarations, ISO 13485 certificates, free-sale certificates, test reports and material safety data sheets can be issued for your registration and tender requirements.
